Refund policy

At Jamesia Blooms, we take great pride in the handcrafted nature of our designs. As most items are bespoke or perishable, please read our policy carefully:

Fresh Flower Collections
Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers are non-returnable. If there is an issue with the quality of your blooms, you must contact us with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We strive for perfection and will always endeavour to make it right, but we cannot address issues reported after this 24-hour window.

Luxury Artificial & Faux Collections
Our permanent wreaths and arrangements are handcrafted, unique designs and are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."    

   •    Damages & Repairs: In the rare event an item arrives damaged, you must notify us with photo evidence within 24 hours. Once we have reviewed the photo, we will provide a prepaid returns label so the item can be returned to our workshop for a professional repair or replacement. We do not offer repairs or replacements for damages reported after this 24 hour window.

   •    Variations: As every arrangement is handcrafted, no two items are exactly the same. Slight shade variations can also occur between different wholesale batches of stems. Please note that actual colours may vary slightly due to digital screen settings

Bespoke & Personalised Items
Please check all spelling and customisation details carefully. For any customer errors in spelling or detail, the cost of the repair, return postage, and redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations
    •    Ready-Made "One-Off" Items: These items are processed immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
    •    Fresh & Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or creation date.
    •    Final Sale: Once an arrangement has been started, completed, or has left the studio for delivery, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
Artificial Hire Items:
Artificial funeral tributes and other hire items remain the property of Jamesia Blooms. Any damage beyond fair wear and tear will be subject to a fee as outlined in your hire agreement.
Gifts & Home Fragrance:
Candles, chocolates, and fragrances can be returned within 14 days of purchase only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
